• Over 15 years experience, first and only Black Belt in Canada in Judo, Jiu Jitsu and Israeli Combat System from Moni Aizik.
• 5 time Canadian Jiu Jitsu Champion, including Open Weight Class Champion.
• North American Fearless Fighting Champion.
• 3 time Gold Medalist Ontario Judo Championships.
• Made martial arts history in his professional debut by becoming the first person in five years to defeat the World Japanese No Holds Barred Shooto Champion, Rumina Sato, by submission, in the first round of a nationally televised fight.
• Trained for one year with the Canadian Olympic Judo Team under Hiroshi Nakamura, 8th Dan.
• Regular featured guest on TSN’s #1 rated daily talk show Off the Record With Michael Landsberg, and Martial Arts Expert for CTV’s Balance with Dr. Marla Shapiro.
• Over the past ten years, his students have established a solid track record in winning large numbers of Gold Medals at the Ontario Judo Championships.

Melissa Posner

With over 5 years experience in Tae Bo, she is one out of only two people ever from Canada to be personally trained and to teach in Los Angeles at the World Tae Bo Training Center. Has done competitive dance since she was 10 years old and has won numerous national and international competitions. Advanced Instructor Certification under Billy Blanks.

Simon Schwartz
12 years experience in Kung Fu, specializing in the Hung Gar/ Hung Kuen style.  
2nd generation under Grandmaster Chan Hon Chung.
